The honest truth

Hey

So the truth is, I feel disgusting at the moment. I weigh 105kgs if not more (and no, I'm not exaggerating). I weighed around 10kgs less than that at the beginning of the year and never thought that I would go back to weighing over 100kgs. But now that I am, I understand why it's so important to get into shape. I feel so sluggish and my body is really aching from simple things like walking. I felt so energized and sexy when I weighed ten less but now I just feel like a slob. I don't even feel like going out because I'm so self conscious. I really hate how I look because I know that I am actually not that bad looking (as in features). Most of all, I hate how I look because I've done it to my self. I've allowed myself to become this unhealthy and weigh this much even though I know it's bad for me.

But I'm really willing to take charge now. I've realized that I'm the only one that can change my life and if I don't start doing it soon then I might never be able to. So as of tomorrow, I'm really going to start pushing my self. I'm going to stop stuffing my face with carbs and sweets and start making friends with salad again. And I'm definitely going to get my ass out of bed and into sneakers!

I feel like this is it. This time, I'm really going to change things and won't look back. I'm going to do this for my self and above all for my life.

Okay so have you seen this girl?! I could just melt looking into her eyes. She just screams hotness! Plus the Australian media is crazy about her! Ruby Rose, you've changed the meaning of 'lesbian' forever. Viva la lipstick lesbian!

All I can say about Joan Chen is Elegant. Beyond everything, Elegant.

If there's anything that you'll find yourself attracted to about Rose Rollins beside her stunning looks, it's her laugh. Her deep chuckle makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

The amazing thing about Jennifer Beals is that she's managed to have her cake and eat it too! She's a Yale graduate, an outstanding actress and beyond elegant. She carries her self in a way that says stylish, elegant and articulate. If there's one actress that we all secretly aspire to be, it should be her.

Number 2 - Frieda Pinto/Lynn Chen

Lynn Chen doesn't have a long list of movies under her credits but if you see 'Saving Face' then you would know why she's on my list. She's not only beautiful but an astoundingly talented actress. She steals every shot that she's in. Believe me, once you look at her, you'll find it very hard to look away.

We all fell in love with her in Slumdog Millonaire and cried when she was twice kidnapped by those goons! All I can hope for the amazingly beautiful Frieda Pinto is that she continues making amazing movies and getting her talent recognized!

Number 1 - Parminder Nagra

She has bent it like Beckham and saved people's lives. But this beauty is still barely recognized! Can you believe that someone as talented as Parminder Nagra still isn't rolling with all the A-listers?! But I guess that's hollywood, the truly talented never make it.

Corbin Bleu has the most amazing smile ever. He has been super in HSM and I truly believe he has many more years to come! Plus, I would have to say that his stage presence is better than Zac's. When he's on screen, it's hard to notice anyone else....

Okay, so he hasn't been around for a while but Craig David still holds a special place in my heart! He has an amazing voice and looks absolutely amazing! Not to mention, his lyrics tell the story of my life.

There's just something about a Prince with a beard that appeals to me. Saif looks like the type of guy that would cuddle you but also tear off your clothes given the chance. Major turn on!

Hmm......so last week, I read an opinion piece about racism in the Herald Sun (Melbourne version) which made me go....WTF?! Basically the guy said that it was okay that some of the racist attacks took place because some of them were conducted by caucasian and black men together. You know, ebony and ivory, working together in perfect harmony. I felt disgusted by the article though. I mean, so, is it okay to go bash someone up if I do it with my caucasian friends?! WTF?! It makes me sad that such journalists are out there, spreading their ridiculous opinions! Seriously guys and girls, think for yourselves! Know what's right in your heart and stick with that!

Next on WTF moments is Perez Hilton calling will.i.am a faggot. Umm....so Perez, what have gay and lesbian activists been doing for the last few years? Clearly their campaigns to reduce homophobia isn't a top priority on your list. Hmm...and aren't you gay Perez?! People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones! If you're going to call someone a faggot, then you should be willing to accept it too! The gay and lesbian community should be respected but in turn, they need to respect others! Perez my man, I think you need to take heed to this advice.

As a journalism student, I often have ideas. Great big and wonderful ideas. So I decided that I should probably start writing down these ideas. Who knows, maybe they'll make me some money someday!
